Our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Be sure to reseal the packaging and store your products in a cool, dry place to guarantee their quality.

My order is missing some items. Where are they?
We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 parcel.

We are a French company. We ship directly from our producers in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.
