How long does it take to receive an order?

Our average delivery times range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location:

  • France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg: 4 to 8 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
  • Other countries worldwide: 6 to 15 business days

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery charges?

We deliver worldwide, and our shipping costs are FREE for France on orders over €50 and may vary for other countries (see payment page before purchasing).

Where do we come from?

Our company is French. We ship our packages directly from our warehouses located in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and the USA.

Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, your items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Don't panic! If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Some items are missing from my order. Where are they?

We work with several warehouses. When you place an order, if we no longer have stock in one warehouse, it is possible that the missing product will be shipped from another warehouse. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages, and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in a single package.

How do I apply my promo code?

Once you have done this, confirm your selection by clicking on “Payment.” The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount. Example: A promotion is available on the website: “Buy Product A, get Product B free” with the code “PROMO.” I select the desired Product A and Product B, which corresponds to a predefined selection of items. Both items are in my cart, and I can click on the “Payment” button and enter my code “PROMO” in the next step
