My order is missing some items. Where are they?
We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 parcel.
Where do we come from?
We are a French company. We ship directly from our producers in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.
