My order is missing some items. Where are they?
We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower). However, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 parcel.
Where do we come from?
Our brand is French. We ship our packages directly from our warehouses, mainly located in France. However, some accessories may come from France, UK, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and the USA.
