Refund Policy

Preamble

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be preferably in the original packaging.

The previously stated eligibility will differ if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package; in this case, please follow the procedure outlined in the section concerning exchanges (below).

 

Section 1 – Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page.

 

Section 3 – Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

**Section 4 – Exchange (if applicable):**
We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via the “Contact Us” page.

In this email, we ask you to provide us with the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and evidence (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated on the packaging of your package.

 

Section 5 – Delivery:

To return your product, you must contact us through the “Contact Us” page.

Customer Address
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (10 to 15 business days)

If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
